This is Pretty Girl. She's part Maine Coon and part Calico, and she's the most delightful blend of awesomeness in a cat. She's got a deep and luscious coat, but she doesn't shed much. She's got sharp and sharply-curled claws but is too gentle to use them. She's weird and curious and independent but a totally present people-cat at the same time. She's a companion and a muse in one, and never an annoyance. She's got so much goddamn personality I can hardly stand it. She loves belly-rubs while lying on the floor, but she's content to let me pick her up and nuzzle her if that's what I want. She's really a delightful cat and has reminded me of everything I love about cats, and taken all of those things even a little bit further.
